As much as I would want to have another chance to get a better aerial of a totally submerged Pampanga because mine were mostly crap a few years back, I am wishing that I don’t get to. For that means we are undergoing another disaster. And besides, I also promised my mom that I won’t be on those Hueys anymore unless something compels me to.
