The task force has been given the mandate to collect, process and bury the bodies of the individuals that have been killed by Typhoon Haiyan and is composed of personnel coming different government agencies which includes the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Philippine National Police (PNP), Department of Health (DOH) and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), among others.
